Condos are UP 17% to over $200,000.
All this with Inventory down 17.3%, only 1% more listings and sales UP 18% year over year!
Forecasts predict a 10-12% increase in Edmonton home prices in 2025!
And adding to the mix both, Vancouver and Ontario markets are up 23% and 40% respectively which impacts our market as this is where our out of province purchasers (investors and residents) are coming from!
Not to mention the successive interest rate drops with more cuts expected from the Bank Of Canada.
