Each home sale situation is unique, so our approach should be unique too. We’ve heard from hundreds of sellers that they want to feel empowered and confident through the process, not squeezed through a high-pressure, cookie-cutter experience.

As our seller, here is what you can expect:

  • In-depth client consultation – we dive deep into what your needs are right at the beginning of our process. Yep, our process begins with you, not a spiel about how awesome we are (we believe we’re only as awesome as our current client experience).
  • Pricing Options – we won’t pressure you on your price. We respect that each seller has their own needs, timeline and objectives. We will give you options based on real market experience and will empower you along your journey with choices and information.
  • Refined Client Care Systems – each step of our client’s journey is mapped out to anticipate your questions, communicate regularly, be available for your time-sensitive needs, and make sure your paperwork is processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Weekly Updates – each week, our sellers receive a customized weekly update complete with your showing feedback, marketing results, and next steps to keep moving forward.
  • No Pressure Progress Options – we don’t push you on your price or strategy. Instead, we share our results and let the market inform the next steps. We make changes only when it feels right for you.

In-House Resources 

Selling your home involves many elements, and we are here to make sure each element gets the care and attention it needs. Our team is built with a unique structure so that you get the best service possible. Here are the roles we have on our team to meet your needs:

  • Negotiation & Strategy – experience matters when it comes to effectively putting together offers. After personally selling over 850 properties, Sara has learned a LOT about what it takes to win for our clients.
  • In-House Licensed Professional Photographer / Videographer – our photographer Ferdinand Maingat is not just an in-demand commercial and event photographer (he has been flown all around the world!), he is also a licensed real estate agent in the Province of Alberta. This means that he takes photos and videos based on what he knows buyers are looking for in their next home.
  • Dedicated Appointment Scheduling Assistant – with the speed and accuracy required of booking showings, we can’t risk missing an appointment or question, and we also can’t risk accuracy of our client care team by constantly being interrupted. Our solution: Sarah T, your dedicated, on-call team member who sets up your showings, communicates with agents, and makes sure that showings happen as seamlessly as possible.
  • Client Care Team – from the initial research to the final follow up, the paperwork and details involved in a real estate transaction are extensive. We have two dedicated assistants, Joanna and Sarah F. help to make sure your paperwork is handled effectively. Using our customized client care system, step-by-step emails (written by Sara Kalke), they go above and beyond, and are an extra point of contact for your documents.
