That back to school, butterflies-in-your-stomach, new school supplies, new clothes feeling is in the air.
Some researchers say September (not January) is the best time of year to:
– make new goals
– create a new routine
– declutter
And I of course think it is the best time to… MOVE!
The fall market is usually very strong and even though interest rates are higher, we are still seeing a surge of sales as people make their moves before winter sets in.
In fact, our year-over-year sales are very strong with 40% more townhomes and 25% more condos selling this year versus 2022.
There are some excellent opportunities out there for buyers, and sellers who are priced right and staged right are even selling in multiple offers.
One last reminder – if you are considering selling in spring 2024, we will come out and do exterior photos, videos, and drone footage so that you can beat the rush and showcase the best side of your property.
